We administer their responsibilities to the leaseholders by taking a common sense approach to administering their obligations under the terms of the lease.  We take care of the fabric of the common property, organise buildings insurance, administer service charge issues and, where relevant, collect of ground rents.

We maintain the common parts and structure of the property and administer their service charges.  We plan the maintenance of the property, in association with any interested parties, and manage issues relating to providing a pleasant environment for flat owners to live in,  consequently adding value to their individual property.
