Payments, deposits and other terms and conditions of Lancasters Property Services Scarborough Limited are as follows:

A 10% deposit is required to secure a holiday home booking. The dates required will be secured for a period of 7 days from the date of your conformation letter and the remaining balance must be paid in full four weeks prior to your visit.

All other payments made  LANCASTERS PROPERTY SERVICES SCARBOROUGH LIMITED IS NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED BY LANCASTERS PROPERTY SERVICES SCARBOROUGH LIMITED.

 
Any materials used for building, renovation or repair services remain the property of Lancasters Property Services Scarborough Limited until the balance of payment is made in full.

Whilst logo's of trade organisation and/or governing bodies may be displayed by Lancasters Property Services Scarborough Limited we may not as a company be a member of that organisation and or governing body. These positions/memberships may be held by a sub-contractor appointed by us on your behalf.

General

If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on websites run/owned by Lancasters Property Services (Scarborough) Limited) 

1.   (including local house rules) then the latter shall prevail.
 

2.  If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
