4) Shop/Office window display with particulars available for guests to take.

5) Liaising with 3rd party marketing companies and co-ordinating all cleaning and linen changing as required.

6) Dealing with all aspects of maintenance and repair (subject to additional costs of works).

7) Emergency repair call out 24 hours a day 365 days a year (repairs are chargeable).

8) Utility and bill payments on your behalf.

9) Arrangement of gas certificate, electrical testing and the inspection of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
 
10) Arrange for any property repairs and the replacement of damaged/missing items.

11) To be available for any guest enquiries and/or any problems your guests may encounter throughout their stay.

12) To maintain a relevant  - up to date - visitors pack with local attractions and restaurant details etc.

Full changeover linen service including bath, hand and kitchen towels. Replaced with all freshly laundered and ironed items (replacements must be provided).

Meet and greet service providing your guests with a full property tour on arrival and advising on equipment use ie. oven, washing machine, central heating etc. £POA

Welcome packs provided with various packages available that can be either included or charged as an extra to the guest. £POA

Should an occasion arise when a property visit is required for any unforeseen circumstances then our basic hourly fee is between £15-35 per hour.
Example: Your guest becomes locked out of the property and requires immediate re-entry.

Keys are held at a secure local unit which is fully alarmed. Movement of all keys in and out is logged with a signature and only operators approved by the property owner - or vetted by ourselves - are given access to keys.
