7) Full credit checks for your prospective tenant.
8) Full reference checks for your prospective tenant.
9) All Gas & EPC certificates arranged on your behalf.
10) We will also ensure that your new tenants are fully aware of their legal obligations.

GOLD

(Full Management) from Only 8% plus vat per month with an initial set up fee of 50% plus vat of the first months rent.
